Base Salary
$50k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and features.
- Build and maintain UI, backend services, integrations, and data pipelines for the workforce management ecosystem.
- Configure and support UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions and third-party integrations.
- Manage GCP infrastructure, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with UKG Support and Engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with team members through agile processes and organizational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related degree, or equivalent experience as stated in the education requirement.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Preferred familiarity with workforce management or HR/payroll systems, including UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions or Kronos.
- Preferred exposure to Dell Boomi or similar integration platforms, API-based integrations, SQL, relational and NoSQL databases, and ETL/data pipelines.
- Preferred exposure to React/TypeScript, backend service development, Google Cloud Platform, GKE/Kubernetes, BigQuery, Cloud Armor, CloudSQL, and Cloud Load Balancing.
- Preferred exposure to Spinnaker, Docker, Git/GitHub, SAML/OIDC, PingFederate, Microsoft Entra ID, HashiCorp Vault, and Google Secret Manager.
- Preferred familiarity with web application security practices, vendor support troubleshooting, and AI-assisted engineering tools.
