Responsibilities

Develop expertise in cloud security solutions and assist in their design and qualification.
Gather requirements from Product Managers and participate in design discussions.
Understand use cases and workflows of SWG solutions.
Design test plans and strategies, collaborating with the development team.
Implement and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
Make quality decisions for the solution and suggest process improvements.
Oversee end-to-end testing from feature development to production monitoring.
Collaborate with technical support to address customer escalations and improve testing strategies.
Participate in on-call rotations and perform root cause analysis for system incidents.

6+ years of experience, including 3+ years as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) in cloud environments.
Strong expertise in Python programming.
Experience building automation frameworks like Pytest or Robot Framework.
Familiarity with Selenium UI test automation and RESTful Web Service automation.
Experience with distributed system testing.
Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases such as MongoDB and MySQL is a plus.
Basic understanding of networking and application protocols like TCP/IP and HTTP.
Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
Familiarity with CI systems like Jenkins or Drone.
Knowledge of Linux systems and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to customer needs and problem-solving.
Innovative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
