Responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven process automation solutions using Python.
- Apply LLMs and diffusion models to tasks including email classification, information extraction, Q&A, data interaction, reporting, and text and image generation.
- Participate in developing autonomous AI agents that perceive environments, make decisions, and execute tasks.
- Train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor AI models.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with project managers and developers.
- Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
- Track AI technology trends and apply them to practical projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, including its language features and common standard and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, or similar AI/ML libraries.
- Familiarity with at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and prior application experience is preferred.
- Experience developing AI agents is preferred.
- Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistics.
- Familiarity with common data structures and algorithms.
- Prior experience in actual AI projects is preferred.
- Good English reading and writing communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
