Responsibilities

  • Maximize customer Time to Value (TTV) by facilitating technical aspects of product inquiries and onboarding.
  • Support daily technical inquiries and requests to provide efficiency and value in Braze usage.
  • Assist customer product and engineering teams to work independently and efficiently with Braze.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding product and implementation schedules.
  • Document technical requirements, schedules, goals/metrics, and customer interactions.
  • Validate product use cases and confirm technical feasibility for product launches.
  • Address technical concerns and issues to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Collaborate with customer marketing, product, and engineering teams to understand the purpose of using Braze.
  • Support onboarding managers by providing tactical responses and strategic solutions.
  • Contribute to designing technical and product adoption plans in partnership with customers.
  • Support new customers in achieving effective SDK and API integration and campaign deployment.
  • Design and deliver workshops focused on marketing, product, and technology to meet customer needs.
  • Provide efficient enablement training and workshops to customers both online and onsite.
  • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues reported by customers during tool implementation.
  • Support a broader customer success organization by addressing daily needs and responses.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, mobile app development, website building, technical support, or customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, capable of understanding documentation and communicating via Slack.
  • 2-3 years of development experience in any programming language.
  • Knowledge and technical expertise in at least two of the following: SaaS, digital marketing, mobile app development, website building, API development, or programming.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with customers in both written and verbal forms.
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Eager to learn about the impact of your work on others and find growth opportunities.
