Responsibilities

Define and drive solution architecture for enterprise applications.
Lead technical design activities and support implementation across distributed delivery teams.
Modernize and evolve complex legacy systems.
Design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing.
Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and distributed teams.
Support delivery throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Promote engineering best practices and architectural standards across teams.
Influence technical direction and long-term architecture decisions for a business-critical enterprise programme.

10+ years of experience in enterprise software development and solution architecture.
Strong Java background, including Java EE/Jakarta EE and enterprise-scale application delivery.
Expertise in database design and development, particularly PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with Eclipse RCP, SWT, JFace, and WildFly Application Server.
Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Experience leading legacy-system modernization and supporting long-term technology roadmaps.
Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Experience with JPA/Hibernate, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Maven, and Azure DevOps is advantageous.
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with geographically distributed technical and non-technical stakeholders.
