Responsibilities

Assist with the transition to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for IAM systems.
Manage and optimize OpenLDAP configurations, including ACLs and policies.
Maintain and improve the hybrid Okta environment, focusing on app integrations and lifecycle management.
Design and implement automations using Okta Workflows or scripting.
Enable secure access management across platforms in collaboration with technical teams.
Contribute to disaster recovery and incident response plans for identity resilience.
Support team members in adopting best practices and modern automation standards.
Produce clear technical guides and documentation for stakeholders.

Proficient in using Git and Terraform for configuration as code.
Experienced with directory services like OpenLDAP or Active Directory.
Skilled in managing SSO solutions, preferably via code.
Collaborative team player with a focus on knowledge sharing.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on security and user experience.
Proven ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.
Analytical mindset for identifying improvements and scalable solutions.
Nice to have: Knowledge of OS Query, scripting (e.g., Python), or relevant certifications.
