Base Salary
$103k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-sales discovery, document business and technical requirements, and help translate proposed solutions into Scopes of Work.
- Estimate implementation effort and identify delivery skills in partnership with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers.
- Capture client business needs, define requirements, and map current and future-state processes.
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including automation, data models, security and sharing, reports, dashboards, and other platform components.
- Own assigned implementation workstreams as a hands-on builder through solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, project kickoffs, demonstrations, and client status discussions.
- Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, issue resolution, end-user training, and documentation.
- Create and execute test plans, perform functional and system testing, support user acceptance testing, and provide quality assurance.
- Manage multiple project workstreams while meeting quality and timeline expectations and logging time daily for project reporting.
Requirements
- At least four years of experience working on the Salesforce platform with demonstrated hands-on competency in Salesforce core products.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification, plus Salesforce certifications or specializations beyond the core platform.
- Recent hands-on experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions.
- Experience across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through build, testing, deployment, and support.
- Experience providing business, operational, and technical consulting and translating stakeholder requirements into platform solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, guide less-experienced team members, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, prospects, and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Flow, Agentforce, Data360, security and sharing, data modeling, reports and dashboards, integrations, or data migration.
- Bachelor's degree.
