Responsibilities

Architect and build foundational systems for safe, high-quality software delivery.
Lead cross-org technical initiatives to improve build systems and CI/CD pipelines.
Drive design reviews and incident analysis for critical developer-facing systems.
Champion automation, safety, and reliability in software development.
Set technical strategy and standards for engineering productivity.
Partner with engineering teams to define and implement long-term roadmaps.
Provide technical mentorship and thought leadership to engineers.

10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a Staff or Senior Staff role.
Deep experience in designing and building large-scale developer infrastructure systems.
Strong expertise in programming languages such as Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering initiatives.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for developer experience and operational excellence.
Deep understanding of system design, reliability engineering, and performance optimization.
Experience in organizations with high software delivery velocity.
