Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and implement scalable software solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems.
- Integrate software solutions across diverse platforms.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Manage team performance and make decisions for the team.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of overall experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems.
- Familiarity with integrating software solutions across diverse platforms.
- 15 years of full-time education.
