Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality APIs and services supporting SAP Concur’s core business capabilities.
- Develop notification services for email, mobile push, web notifications, and in-product messaging.
- Build secure communication flows that improve user engagement, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
- Continuously improve existing services by reducing latency, increasing resilience, and enhancing observability.
- Drive technical excellence and mentor team members in a global, cross-cultural engineering environment.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development expertise with Node.js, Python, React, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and cloud-native service design.
- Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Fluent English for collaboration with global, multi-regional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a focus on clean, scalable, and resilient engineering.
- Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring team members.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools is preferred.
