Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technology strategy for integrations among Salesforce, NetSuite, Shopify, custom applications, and data layers.
- Design scalable, secure, and robust solutions for initiatives such as eCommerce migration and ERP optimization.
- Build proofs of concept and establish architectural patterns using Python, GCP, and containerized applications.
- Own architecture trade-off decisions and make final technical calls when consensus cannot be reached.
- Establish and enforce engineering principles for custom applications and automations.
- Lead discovery and adoption of AI-supported workflows and modern integration middleware.
- Partner with Financial Systems, Digital Systems, and Data delivery teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering experience with Python and API design.
- Experience designing enterprise integration patterns and middleware strategies in complex environments.
- Deep hands-on experience with GCP or AWS/Azure and modern deployment practices.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Functional and technical familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Shopify.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to partner consultatively with stakeholders and make firm technical decisions.
- Experience with AI tooling implementation, including LLMs, RAG, or agents, is a bonus.
- Experience with Gearset or similar Salesforce DevOps tools is a bonus.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts such as ETL/ELT and Airbyte is a bonus.
- Background in security architecture and vulnerability management is a bonus.
