Base Salary
$140k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technology strategy for core platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, and Shopify.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to design scalable and secure solutions for major initiatives.
- Engage in hands-on engineering to build proofs-of-concept and establish architectural patterns.
- Make final decisions on architecture trade-offs to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Establish and enforce engineering principles for custom applications and automations.
- Lead the discovery and adoption of new toolsets, including AI-supported workflows.
Requirements
- Possess a blend of software engineering experience and enterprise systems knowledge.
- Proven experience designing enterprise integration patterns and middleware strategies.
- Deep hands-on experience with GCP or AWS/Azure and modern deployment practices.
- Familiarity with core business stack including Salesforce, NetSuite, and Shopify.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing principles.
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to make decisive technical decisions.
