Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on customer engagements to design and build AI and agent solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry, Azure AI & Agent Services, GitHub, SDD, and proven engineering patterns.
- Assess customer AI priorities, data estates, governance needs, and business outcomes, then design secure, scalable, unified, and AI-ready cloud and data architectures.
- Lead architecture design, data and AI platform roadmaps, proofs of concept, pilots, and production milestones across analytics, databases, Fabric, Foundry, Microsoft IQ, and agent-enabled scenarios.
- Own technical delivery for dispatched engagements and partner with CSAMs to align Azure consumption and customer success plans.
- Develop and contribute reusable IP, templates, frameworks, and agents to accelerate deployments and improve consistency.
- Provide delivery oversight and escalation support for Factory, Unified, and data acceleration engagements across data and analytics workloads.
- Lead workload health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity management, and optimization for mission-critical data workloads and production-scale AI and agent use cases.
- Resolve technical blockers, communicate field feedback to product and engineering teams, maintain expertise in Microsoft’s cloud and AI capabilities, and mentor others.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 7+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and 4+ years working on technical projects.
- Preferred: technical certification in cloud, AI, data, analytics, database, or security technologies, or equivalent cloud or data certifications.
