Responsibilities
- Lead RCS for Business development in the Google Messages application.
- Identify, deliver, and launch critical user journeys end to end.
- Measure and monitor the impact of features across the business communication ecosystem.
- Improve user experience by resolving critical bugs and issues raised by external developers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Developer Relations, Support, and engineering leads to deliver product and system metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- At least 1 year of experience with large-scale application design and architecture.
- Experience with Android application development and Kotlin programming.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- Poland compensation is listed as PLN 364,000–373,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
