Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design manual tests and develop, execute, and validate automated tests for assigned JIRA stories.
- Build and modernize automated testing frameworks to improve maintainability, scalability, and coverage.
- Perform Playwright-based UI and API automation and database testing, including validating data accuracy and application-to-database interactions.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support release sign-off.
- Track defects, test data dependencies, and environment issues to remove delivery roadblocks.
- Coordinate deliverables with stakeholders and offshore Quality Engineering teams.
- Use AI and GenAI tools to improve testing productivity and support quality engineering transformation.
- Meet service-level agreements, key performance indicators, quality standards, testing standards, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Proven Quality Engineering and test automation experience with strong hands-on Playwright UI and API automation expertise.
- Hands-on experience with database testing and application-to-database interaction validation.
- Experience modernizing test automation frameworks and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of quality governance, testing standards, test metrics, and reporting.
- At least two years of experience working in the retail domain.
- At least one year of hands-on GenAI experience in Quality Engineering or software testing is preferred.
- Experience with AI-assisted testing, onsite/offshore coordination, stakeholder communication, collaboration, and issue resolution is preferred.
