Responsibilities
- Oversee AI initiatives from concept through production.
- Develop and manage feature engineering, model training, model serving, model monitoring, and model refresh processes.
- Build scalable AI/ML systems using large-scale datasets.
- Apply NLP, LLM, generative AI, and transformer-model expertise to high-impact initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and drive team performance while engaging senior stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of machine learning engineering experience.
- Experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or high-impact research environments.
- Proficiency in natural language processing, especially LLMs and generative AI systems.
- Familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow and proven experience with transformer models.
- Strong coding and software engineering skills, including testing, code reviews, and deployment practices.
- Understanding of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning.
- Ability to work with large-scale datasets and implement scalable ML solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, quantitative, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
