Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and delivery of full-stack products from user interfaces through backend databases.
- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Design and implement secure, reliable, and maintainable APIs and backend services.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions with product teams.
- Present delivered features and technical solutions to stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct peer code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Lead non-functional improvements including technical debt reduction, performance optimization, and API documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and promote continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
Requirements
- Strong professional full-stack development experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript experience and experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Backend development experience using Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to design and build scalable APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with testing frameworks, unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing strategies.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, system design, maintainability, and code quality.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and contributing to delivery planning and estimation.
- Strong leadership and technical decision-making ability.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices is beneficial.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases, microservices, or event-driven architectures is desirable.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex features and systems, technical leadership, mentorship, and the ability to improve code quality, processes, and architecture.
