Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and delivery of full-stack products spanning user interfaces, backend services, and databases.
- Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.
- Design and implement secure, reliable, and maintainable APIs and services.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with product teams.
- Present delivered features and technical solutions to stakeholders and clients.
- Perform peer code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Lead improvements involving technical debt reduction, performance optimization, and API documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and promote continuous engineering improvement.
Requirements
- Strong professional full-stack development experience with increasing responsibility.
- Strong JavaScript or TypeScript experience and expertise with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Backend development experience using Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to design and build scalable APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with testing frameworks, unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing strategies.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, system design, maintainability, and code quality.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing to delivery planning and estimation.
- Cloud platform, CI/CD pipeline, or DevOps practice experience is beneficial; exposure to NoSQL databases, microservices, or event-driven architectures is desirable.
- Strong technical leadership, decision-making, communication, ownership, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
