Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-facing features for Via’s Operation Center using React and TypeScript.
- Own frontend architecture for new components and workflows, ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Leverage modern AI coding tools to optimize development workflow and output.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
- Mentor peers, drive technical decisions, and shape frontend best practices.
Requirements
- At least four years of software engineering experience building complex, modern web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with frontend technologies, including React.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end, navigate ambiguity, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
