Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solution architectures and strategies using varied AI technologies and methods.
- Develop, operationalize, maintain, and scale complex enterprise software and machine learning applications.
- Create software to retrieve, parse, and process structured and unstructured data for machine learning workflows.
- Build scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and model training and deployment pipelines.
- Develop scripts and programs that convert data into usable formats and support scaling, monitoring, and operation of AI/ML platforms.
- Provide innovative solutions to unusually complex problems with substantial latitude for independent decision-making.
- Mentor or supervise employees in company and technical competencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver AI/ML solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in application development, AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data science.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex software or machine learning applications at enterprise scale.
- At least 1 year of experience creating software for retrieving, parsing, and processing structured and unstructured data for machine learning workflows.
- At least 1 year of experience building scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, or model training and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to code scalable solutions from scratch using languages such as Python or TypeScript.
- Ability to develop data-conversion scripts and programs and support AI/ML platform operations.
- TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for access to classified information.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience with full-stack application development, ML model deployment, Palantir Foundry, Spark, Databricks, Alteryx, real-time or streaming applications, and AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
- Preferred experience with Agile engineering practices and ability to learn new AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and tools quickly.
