Responsibilities
- Lead critical data pipelines covering ingestion, processing, and serving.
- Lead architectural decisions for performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Define and evolve standards for data engineering, observability, governance, quality, and SLA management.
- Lead integrations with external and enterprise platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Manage platform operations, monitor costs, and optimize resource usage.
- Mentor data engineers, promote engineering best practices, and encourage productive use of artificial intelligence.
Requirements
- Solid experience in data engineering and building scalable solutions.
- Experience providing technical leadership for data teams and projects.
- Knowledge of data architecture and engineering standards.
- Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and standardization in complex environments.
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and observability.
- Ability to lead architectural decisions focused on performance, security, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with modern data platforms, especially Databricks and AWS.
- Experience integrating enterprise platforms, particularly Salesforce.
- Proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving-oriented profile.
- Interest in applying artificial intelligence to improve productivity and efficiency.
