Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems or applications.
- Use modern frameworks and development practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Own software components and ensure their quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical approaches for evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to align solutions with project goals and timelines.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and help teams perform effectively.
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues through software development expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in software engineering.
- Experience with Argo, Web Based Argo, or Cloud Argo.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Advanced proficiency in software design solutions preferred.
- Experience with C# preferred.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
