Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the availability, security, and performance of OSS, automation, and monitoring systems for fixed, mobile, and interconnect voice networks.
- Act as a point of contact for incidents, changes, and technical questions relating to OSS, automation, and monitoring systems.
- Analyze and resolve disruptions, monitor platform performance and security, and contribute to structural improvements.
- Participate in projects involving infrastructure and platform transitions, container technology, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-supported network monitoring.
- Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure service continuity and quality.
- Contribute to process optimization, service professionalization, knowledge sessions, and preparation for future technologies such as 5G/6G, AI, and IoT.
Requirements
- HBO or WO education in a technical field.
- Affinity with fixed and mobile telephony networks and telecom services.
- Knowledge of platform management, operating systems, security, and quality assurance.
- Experience with or interest in incident management and technical problem-solving.
- Affinity with 5G/6G, AI, automation, IoT, and data analysis.
- Ability to optimize, improve, and establish business processes.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, residence in the Netherlands, a proactive attitude, ownership, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

- Gross monthly salary of €4,076 to €6,014 based on experience and a 40-hour workweek.
