Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- Design and support automated Kubernetes and Amazon EKS deployments using Argo CD, Helm, and Terraform.
- Develop Python, Bash, Golang, or similar automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.
- Partner with platform engineering, development, security, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Manage source control, artifact management, code quality validation, and release workflows using Git, Artifactory, SonarQube, and related tools.
- Support integration and regression testing in Kubernetes environments and improve compliance, security, and release performance.
- Monitor delivery workflows, identify process gaps, and implement improvements in Agile environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or software automation roles supporting CI/CD environments.
- 6+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- 6+ years of experience with Kubernetes automation and deployment management using Argo CD, Helm, Terraform, Amazon EKS, or equivalent technologies.
- 5+ years of experience developing automation solutions with Python, Bash, Golang, or similar programming and scripting languages.
- Experience with Git, Artifactory, SonarQube, source control, artifact management, code quality validation, and release workflows.
- Experience supporting integration and regression testing in Kubernetes-based environments and applying security and compliance controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise GitLab CI/CD pipeline frameworks, zero-downtime database upgrades using Liquibase or Flyway, SaaS environments, compliance and security requirements, and cloud-native platform operations.
