Responsibilities
- Design and develop internal company-wide web applications and services.
- Contribute to solution architecture, including approach selection, service decomposition, and interaction design.
- Build and maintain services running in AWS and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Develop localization workflow tools and platforms and integrate them with third-party systems.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Collaborate with other teams on shared infrastructure and internal platforms.
- Take ownership of production systems, including support and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of backend web development experience using Kotlin or Java.
- Experience with Node.js.
- Understanding of modern backend frameworks such as Ktor and Spring.
- Experience designing and building production-grade systems.
- Understanding of distributed-system fundamentals, including networking, fault tolerance, and scalability.
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or similar.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
- Willingness to own production systems and provide support.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Preferred: experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
- Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Preferred: experience with observability tools such as metrics, logging, and tracing.
- Preferred: practical experience using AI tools or agents in development workflows.
