Responsibilities
- Transform healthcare data in real-time using streaming technology.
- Design, implement, and optimize batch and streaming data transformations.
- Collaborate with healthcare domain experts to ensure FHIR compliance.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit tests and data consistency checks.
- Contribute to schema management and evolution strategies for healthcare data transformation.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Apache Pyspark and/or Flink or similar distributed stream processing frameworks.
- Knowledge of FHIR R4 standards and healthcare data interoperability concepts.
- Experience with Python data processing libraries and dataframe abstractions.
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of complex data transformations.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
