Base Salary

$152k - $229k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement distributed systems for AI agent governance.
Build governance and security frameworks to prevent risky agent behaviors.
Develop infrastructure for agent observability, including telemetry and audit trails.
Architect systems to handle millions of agent decisions daily with low latency.
Design real-time enforcement systems for safe AI agent deployment.
Create feedback systems to assess and improve agent trustworthiness.
Design mechanisms for agent discovery and classification.
Contribute to secure, high-performance cloud infrastructure for agent orchestration.

BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field with a focus on systems or security.
Experience in building large-scale distributed systems that process real-time data.
Background in AI or agentic systems, familiar with frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
Proficiency in cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes and microservices.
Knowledge of enterprise identity and security systems like Okta and OAuth.
Experience with modern AI infrastructure, including model gateways and policy enforcement.
Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Java, with API and data pipeline design experience.
Interest in AI governance and making AI agents safe and trustworthy.
