Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-powered solutions including Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Text2SQL, natural language interfaces, agents, and content-generation workflows.
- Partner with customers across healthcare, finance, retail, and startup industries to solve complex business challenges.
- Build, scale, and optimize machine learning pipelines and data science workloads.
- Apply MLOps practices to deploy and productionize machine learning and Generative AI systems.
- Advise customer data teams on architecture, tooling, and best practices.
- Mentor internal machine learning subject matter experts and contribute to thought leadership.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and developer relations teams to influence product direction and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in data science or machine learning.
- Proven experience building Generative AI applications, including RAG, agents, Text2SQL, fine-tuning, or LLM deployment.
- Strong proficiency with pandas, scikit-learn, MLflow, and PyTorch.
- Experience deploying production-grade ML or Generative AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Databricks and Apache Spark is preferred.
- Familiarity with LangChain, HuggingFace, and OpenAI APIs is preferred.
- Prior customer-facing or consulting experience is preferred.
