Base Salary
$90k - $144k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute detailed quality assurance testing for software products.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks for UI and API testing.
- Design and execute performance testing strategies, identify bottlenecks, and optimize application responsiveness and scalability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution and deployment workflows using GitLab, AWS Lambda, and Docker.
- Collaborate with development, product, and other cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
- Apply AI-driven test optimization techniques to improve test coverage and reduce execution time.
- Lead cross-functional QA efforts, participate in peer reviews, and drive continuous improvement through sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Karate.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and executing performance testing strategies using tools such as JMeter.
- At least 2 years of experience applying AI-driven test optimization techniques.
- At least 2 years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, AWS Lambda, and Docker.
- At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional QA efforts in Agile teams and using Playwright for web automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent degree, equivalent work experience, and/or certifications.
- Experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with security testing practices using Fortify is preferred.
- AWS Associate Certification and ISTQB/AI Testing Certification are preferred.

- Salary range is $90,000.00-$144,000.00 for employees in New Jersey and New York, with ranges varying by state.
- Employment offers are contingent on standard background checks, with additional government background checks possible for applicable contracts.
