Responsibilities
- Design scalable and resilient web architectures and make appropriate technical decisions for client projects.
- Guarantee project delivery, code quality, and a structured development environment through specifications, automated testing, Clean Code, and code reviews.
- Act as the technical partner for clients, participate in project routines, explain technical decisions, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Improve team performance by introducing structured problem-solving practices and enabling effective use of AI agents and LLMs.
- Coach and develop Software Engineers through pair programming, code reviews, training, and root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate in small project teams with Software Engineers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to build useful digital products.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in software development.
- Strong command of web architectures spanning frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Experience with DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to design scalable architectures, make relevant technical choices, and ensure a high level of code quality.
- Experience coaching and supporting developers while remaining hands-on with technology, technical monitoring, coding, and pair programming.
- Strong value-creation orientation and understanding of clients’ business challenges.
