Responsibilities
- Research customer context and shadow customer stakeholder interactions with coaching.
- Build product expertise, connect with customers, and promote internal team readiness.
- Use readiness materials and community resources to expand domain knowledge and product knowledge.
- Develop awareness of product strategy and competitive strategies based on customer feedback.
- Work with reference architectures and assist with demonstrations of Microsoft products.
- Support digital transformation projects through on-the-job training and contribute to technical wins through presentations.
Requirements
- Emirati national holding a UAE Family Book.
- Emirati nationality and legal authorization to work in the UAE through citizenship, a valid visa, or a work permit.
- Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Passion for technology, customer focus, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Business acumen for consultative solution selling and strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
