Base Salary
$200k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Corporate/New Business sales team as a technical expert.
- Understand and address customer challenges, particularly for development and product teams.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions from customers and partners.
- Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for complex customer use cases.
- Offer feedback to product management for enhancements based on customer needs.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solutions Engineers.
- Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events such as conferences and user groups.
- Act as a subject matter expert for various product solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
- Demonstrated customer service skills in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Experience deploying applications in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with standard network security protocols such as OAuth and SAML.
- Experience working with REST APIs and SDKs.
- Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development.
- Understanding of core security concerns in applications.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence in presenting to experts.
- Territory management skills and experience in pipeline building.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
