Responsibilities
- Provide consultation, technical troubleshooting, scalable solutions, and issue resolution for advertising partners.
- Support client adoption of new products through upgrades and migrations while communicating feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
- Oversee client integrations by providing technical documentation and guidance.
- Present technical materials to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Analyze and optimize existing client implementations using Google products and help develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience in project management, web technologies, and data analysis.
- Fluent English communication skills for regional client relationship management.
- Preferred experience coding in Python, C++, or Java and familiarity with SQL/MySQL and Unix/Linux operating systems and commands.
- Preferred Hebrew fluency, technical presentation skills, business communication, problem-solving, investigative ability, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making skills.
