Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features end-to-end, primarily focused on new feature development.
- Debug and resolve production issues quickly based on user impact and priority.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn ideas into shipped user experiences and inform product direction.
- Use AI tools for development, debugging, prototyping, and iteration.
- Work across frontend and backend to improve product quality, speed, and usability.
- Drive execution and ownership to help the team ship faster.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, full-stack engineering, or another highly product-oriented technical role.
- Strong product sense and interest in building user-facing features.
- Strong familiarity with modern AI coding tools and active exploration of new development workflows.
- Ability to own and drive work end-to-end in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience building side projects, experimenting with new ideas, or shipping independently.
- Comfort working across frontend and backend.
- Preferred: experience with mobile-first consumer products, Next.js, Python, early-stage or high-growth startups, open source, and collaboration with Product, Design, or founders.
- A Computer Science background is a plus.
