Base Salary
$125k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of Solutions Engineers through regular one-on-ones, goals, feedback, performance conversations, and growth plans.
- Spend approximately half of the time delivering customer projects and setting standards for app design, integration quality, and best practices.
- Own delivery quality, utilization, time to first value, customer satisfaction, and project escalations.
- Partner with Sales and Professional Services leadership on discovery, scoping, effort estimates, statements of work, margin, and feasibility.
- Plan team capacity and staffing, and help recruit, interview, and onboard new hires.
- Pilot AI-enabled delivery on customer projects and share reusable assets and lessons with the Professional Services team.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical consulting with manufacturing or industrial customers.
- Deep expertise building composable apps and integrations on Tulip or a comparable no-code platform, including debugging complex solutions.
- Experience leading customer discovery and scoping, estimating effort, and communicating project risk to plant and executive stakeholders.
- At least 1 year of people management experience, including coaching, performance conversations, and employee development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
- Experience in regulated industries such as life sciences is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate solution delivery is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
