Responsibilities
- Administer SharePoint applications and maintain operational stability across the platform.
- Govern permissions models to ensure secure and controlled access to enterprise applications.
- Build bespoke solutions from functional requirements gathered across the business.
- Design and manage automated workflows to streamline processes and improve team communications.
- Manage site updates and modifications while adhering to brand standards.
- Deploy custom SharePoint functionality, lists, and workflows while protecting core design layouts.
- Deliver training sessions and demonstrations to increase platform adoption.
- Analyse information architecture and application performance to optimise document sharing and reporting.
- Support data integration and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SharePoint environments.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in SharePoint Framework, SharePoint Modern UI Development, and web technologies.
- Practical proficiency with Power Platform services, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with modern development environments, Visual Studio Code, and Claude Code.
- Deep familiarity with JavaScript libraries, React, CAML, PnP PowerShell, CSS, and HTML.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work across varied workloads, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Solid working knowledge of business continuity principles and processes.
