Base Salary
$102k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build backend platform capabilities and core Microsoft 365 Copilot scenarios with applied scientists and engineers.
- Deliver scalable, high-performance features for next-generation AI experiences.
- Define architecture and implementation plans, ensure robustness and test coverage, and improve engineering processes and best practices.
- Contribute to AI orchestration, runtime systems, agentic interactions, multimodal experiences, and enterprise-scale intelligent infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Experience coding in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud background check and other applicable Microsoft, customer, or government security screening requirements.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes at least 1 year in artificial intelligence, distributed systems, information retrieval, or data mining.
- Experience working end-to-end across planning, design, execution, continuous release, and service operation, along with software engineering fundamentals, problem solving, and data analysis skills.
