Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality software deliveries within committed deadlines.
- Build and enhance business configuration management functionality for the Orchestrate trading workflow component.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs for financial trading systems.
- Work with relational databases for data persistence and retrieval, including SQL queries, schema design, and performance optimization.
- Implement unit testing strategies and write tests following established patterns and best practices.
- Collaborate on requirements discovery, project prioritization, architecture, design decisions, and code reviews.
- Document code and technical processes and contribute across development, testing, documentation, and support activities.
- Provide L3 production and user support, application testing, and maintenance releases.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams across regions and act as a technical and functional contact for internal and external clients.
- Contribute to software delivery best practices.
Requirements
- Qualification of B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech.
- Excellent technical skills in Core Java.
- Strong SQL Server or similar database and SQL skills.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture.
- Good understanding of multithreading, concurrency, synchronization, and memory management.
- Experience or proficiency with DevOps, CI/CD, GitLab, and Gradle.
- Very detail-oriented with excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Highly proactive with initiative to identify problem areas and develop solutions.
