Responsibilities
- Write and support key financial systems, including the bank’s ledgers and integrated systems.
- Design systems that solve complex problems and produce clear, concise, maintainable code.
- Support the correctness and accuracy of transactions and record the underlying movement of money.
- Help automate complex financial processes and collaborate with treasurers, accountants, and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute across projects and systems with financial impact while participating in the full project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Around 3–4 years of Java experience.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to write clear, concise, and maintainable code.
- Understanding of the project lifecycle and experience engaging with internal stakeholders.
- Experience designing systems to solve problems.
- Experience with Postgres is highly desirable.
- Experience with Netsuite is a bonus.
- Specific qualifications are not required; the company prioritizes aptitude and attitude.
