Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Meter to Cash solutions covering meter reading, billing, payments, collections, and customer service.
- Design and support the integration and implementation of CIS and MDM platforms aligned with client business goals.
- Develop customer-facing digital solutions involving mobile apps, web portals, and self-service platforms.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and customer service teams to ensure cross-functional delivery success.
- Build client relationships as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in Energy & Utilities.
- Contribute to business development through opportunity identification, proposals, and client relationship expansion.
- Share expertise and train team members on emerging technologies, including Kraken.
- Use AI tools and technologies to accelerate analysis, generate insights, improve delivery efficiency, and support client recommendations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Energy & Utilities industry experience focused on Meter to Cash processes.
- Experience implementing or integrating CIS and MDM platforms such as SAP IS-U, Oracle CC&B, Oracle Utilities MDM, Itron, or Landis+Gyr.
- Familiarity with CRM, CCaaS, and customer-facing digital solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Meter to Cash lifecycle and its supporting technologies.
- Ability to lead technology implementations and integrations and design solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional working skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant CIS, MDM, CRM, or CCaaS certifications are preferred.
- Ability to travel 50%-75% annually.
- Experience integrating AI tools such as ChatGPT into workflows, with critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure quality outputs.
