Responsibilities
- Industrialize ML models and AI solutions from proof of value to production using OpenShift AI, OpenShift, and GCP.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines supporting code quality and secure deployments.
- Integrate chatbots, LLMs, predictive APIs, RAG pipelines, search engines, vector databases, and graph databases into business applications.
- Create dashboards for model health, API performance, and data-drift monitoring, while optimizing CPU and GPU resources.
- Develop Docker and Git starter kits, maintain Data Science environments, and resolve dependency issues.
- Translate Data Science compute needs into IT architecture specifications and coordinate with international Innovation and local IT teams.
- Ensure AI projects comply with cybersecurity standards.
Requirements
- 3 to 4+ years of full-time, post-graduate industry experience in Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, or Software Engineering.
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Advanced Python skills and experience with software engineering, object-oriented programming, APIs, and FastAPI.
- Experience with OpenShift AI, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Git, GitLab CI/CD, databases, search technologies, and AI/Data Science tooling.
- Experience integrating ML or GenAI solutions into enterprise applications and taking models or GenAI solutions into production.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; French or German is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaborate across Data Science and IT teams, and travel occasionally to Marignane and Donauwörth.
