Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and design CPM/EPM Planning and Consolidation solutions for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, revenue modeling, and operational reporting
  • Manage client objectives, scope, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for CPM/EPM implementations
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to develop effective CPM/EPM solutions
  • Gather and document business requirements, analyze financial models and reports, and translate them into CPM/EPM solutions
  • Develop dimensions, calculations, KPIs, dashboards, and workflows for scalable planning processes
  • Configure and support integrations between CPM/EPM platforms and ERP, CRM, HCM, and data platform systems
  • Lead requirements workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and cutover activities
  • Troubleshoot model performance issues and implement enhancements and optimizations
  • Deliver end-user training, documentation, and adoption support
  • Monitor product updates and implement upgrades and enhancements
  • Provide client service and serve as the primary resource for project-related inquiries
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants and business analysts
  • Travel regularly and extensively across Europe to work with clients

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in systems consulting or CPM model development, including multiple full life-cycle implementations
  • Hands-on Anaplan or Pigment model-building experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of multidimensional and relational databases
  • Experience gathering business requirements and implementing CPM solutions
  • Ability to convert complex business logic into scalable system designs
  • Expertise in connected planning concepts, including Supply Chain, T&Q, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, driver-based planning, and scenario modeling
  • Strong oral, written, presentation, client relationship, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced consulting environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Knowledge of the relationship between private equity sponsors and portfolio companies
