Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and design Planning and Consolidation solutions for budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with clients to manage project objectives, scope, and timelines.
- Develop effective CPM/EPM solutions with functional and technical teams.
- Document business requirements and analyze financial models for CPM/EPM solutions.
- Create dimensions, calculations, KPIs, dashboards, and workflows for scalable planning.
- Configure data integrations between CPM/EPM platforms and client systems.
- Lead requirements workshops, design sessions, and testing cycles.
- Troubleshoot model performance issues and implement enhancements.
- Deliver end-user training and documentation.
- Stay informed on product updates and implement necessary upgrades.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in CPM/EPM solutions.
- Provide customer service and support for project-related inquiries.
- Supervise and mentor junior consultants and business analysts.
- Travel extensively across Europe to work with clients.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in systems consulting or CPM model development.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan or Pigment model-building is preferred.
- Strong understanding of multi-dimensional and relational databases.
- Ability to gather business requirements and implement CPM solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to convert complex business logic into system design.
- Expertise in connected planning concepts in Anaplan/Pigment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong client relation skills and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
