Base Salary
$260k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build real-time interfaces for clinical oversight of live agent conversations.
- Own features end to end from database schema through API and user interface.
- Design tools that allow non-engineers to safely shape agent behavior.
- Make healthcare data explorable through natural language.
- Improve the reliability and performance of applications used by clinicians.
- Collaborate with designers, clinicians, and customers to refine product details.
Requirements
- Production experience shipping and owning full-stack features end to end.
- Strong skills across data modeling, APIs, and modern frontend development.
- High attention to correctness and reliability when handling sensitive data.
- Good product instincts and care for user experience.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City or San Francisco.
- Preferred: experience in regulated or critical domains such as healthcare, finance, or legal.
- Preferred: familiarity with WebSockets and SSE client and server implementations.
- Preferred: experience with design systems, complex UI state, or production AI/ML products.
