Base Salary
$190k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale secure AWS environments.
- Build and maintain Terraform modules and infrastructure-as-code pipelines.
- Lead regular security assessments and perform vulnerability testing.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security controls.
- Define IAM strategies and implement network segmentation.
- Detect anomalies and respond to evolving threats.
- Guide peers on secure design and promote cloud security best practices.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats and shape long-term security strategy.
Requirements
- Deep experience in cloud security engineering with a focus on AWS.
- Mastery of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Expertise in IAM, encryption, network security, and logging/monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint protection tools.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or HIPAA.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or TypeScript.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
