Base Salary

$118k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative ArcGIS platform-based strategies and solutions.
Define business continuity for on-premise and cloud deployments.
Establish best practices for deploying ArcGIS platform and design systems.
Translate customer system requirements into software architecture specifications.
Advise customers on effective solutions using Esri technology.
Recommend strategies and work with customers on software implementation.
Identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
Develop multi-year IT/GIS strategies for technology change and budgeting.
Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.
Lead and empower the team through all stages of the implementation process.

8+ years of professional experience in GIS platform architecture and solution design.
Experience architecting and implementing enterprise IT-GIS solutions using ArcGIS.
Hands-on experience with Esri Software.
Demonstrated experience in platform architecture and solution design.
Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and other RDBMS.
Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, and HTML5.
Knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems.
Understanding of geospatial and mapping concepts.
Experience with service-oriented architectures and cloud configurations.
Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to various audiences.
Experience in leading team activities including finances and risk management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, GIS, or related field.
