Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, implementation, and engineering for Oracle Fusion Cloud Order-to-Cash and revenue platforms.
- Design and optimize Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger processes.
- Define usage-based billing event models covering metering, mediation, aggregation, rating, billing synchronization, and revenue-recognition triggers.
- Translate ASC 606 and IFRS 15 requirements into designs for performance obligations, SSP allocation, deferred revenue, amendments, renewals, refunds, breakage, and satisfaction events.
- Own subledger-to-GL architecture, journal design, reconciliations, close support, and downstream reporting alignment with NetSuite GL.
- Architect integrations with middleware, commerce and order systems, tax engines, payment and settlement systems, CRM/CLM platforms, usage-data systems, and reporting warehouses.
- Serve as design authority across fit-gap, global design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases.
- Establish Oracle extension, reporting, development, and coding standards and perform technical and code reviews.
- Mentor junior and mid-level ERP application engineers and evaluate Oracle quarterly releases and patch impacts.
- Participate in shared on-call support, troubleshoot production incidents, respond to critical alerts, and document recurring issues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of total ERP engineering experience, including 7+ years of dedicated Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and development experience.
- Deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger.
- Experience architecting subscription, usage-based, and B2B order-to-cash and revenue solutions in high-volume transactional environments.
- At least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations or major transformations covering OTC, subscriptions, revenue accounting, or finance architecture.
- Experience with transaction objects, event models, accounting rules, supporting references, accounting transformations, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and high-volume aggregation.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with OIC, Boomi, APIs, file-based interfaces, payment and settlement systems, tax engines, CRM/CLM platforms, and external ledger or reporting systems.
- Expert-level SQL and PL/SQL skills and experience creating OTBI reports, BI Publisher templates, and BICC data extractions.
- Mastery of enterprise integration tools and middleware, including Oracle Integration Cloud, Boomi, or custom API gateways.
- Experience with technical design reviews, code reviews, version control, and Oracle configuration governance.
- Background working in compliance-driven environments subject to SOX, GDPR, or CCPA requirements.
- Ability to support shared on-call coverage, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Oracle AP, Fixed Assets/Asset Management, Cash Management, NetSuite GL integration, usage-based business models, B2B commercial constructs, and Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
