Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components and business intelligence solutions.
- Develop data models, reports, and dashboards using SAP BusinessObjects.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex business intelligence application issues.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, provide advisory input, and make decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance software capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required, with the posting additionally specifying a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence.
- Proficiency and strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence are required.
- Experience with data modeling, report development, dashboard creation, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and enterprise-system integration is required.
- Strong influencing, advisory, cross-functional collaboration, and technical problem-solving skills are expected.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
