Responsibilities
- Configure, program, develop, and modify NiCE CXone solutions.
- Lead the design and development of AI and bot applications.
- Optimize and maintain multiple AI bots, including generative and legacy models.
- Partner with customers on knowledge management curation.
- Implement and enhance AI-driven services such as knowledge assistant engines.
- Collaborate with project managers to oversee project rollouts.
- Manage system lifecycle development and change control processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise during client consultations.
- Conduct business analysis to design tailored solutions.
- Promote the use of AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Update and maintain documentation for emerging digital products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
- 4-8 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in digital channels or AI/Bot applications preferred.
- Experience in technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and ecosystem technologies.
- Knowledge of best practices for contact center operations and KPIs.
- Understanding of generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles.
- Experience with knowledge management curation.
