Responsibilities

  • Configure, program, develop, and modify NiCE CXone solutions.
  • Lead the design and development of AI and bot applications.
  • Optimize and maintain multiple AI bots, including generative and legacy models.
  • Partner with customers on knowledge management curation.
  • Implement and enhance AI-driven services such as knowledge assistant engines.
  • Collaborate with project managers to oversee project rollouts.
  • Manage system lifecycle development and change control processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during client consultations.
  • Conduct business analysis to design tailored solutions.
  • Promote the use of AI tools for operational efficiency.
  • Update and maintain documentation for emerging digital products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-8 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in digital channels or AI/Bot applications preferred.
  • Experience in technical configuration and programming of AI and contact center technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and ecosystem technologies.
  • Knowledge of best practices for contact center operations and KPIs.
  • Understanding of generative AI models, NLU techniques, and automation principles.
  • Experience with knowledge management curation.
  • Analytical and inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented approach.
