Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable services, CI/CD pipelines, and toolchains.
- Drive initiatives to understand engineering teams' needs and improve their workflows.
- Lead the development of a unified Developer Productivity dashboard integrating key performance indicators.
- Enhance system reliability, performance, scalability, and observability.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
- Lead system architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in Software Engineering with at least 2 years in a tech lead position.
- Strong background in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or C++.
- Experience with Unix-like environments and software toolchains.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and infrastructure as code.
- Expertise in the software development lifecycle and translating goals into requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
