Responsibilities
- Evaluate clients’ digital capabilities and perform feasibility studies for digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage small development teams in strategic IT implementation programs.
- Establish modern practices such as DevOps and CI/CD.
- Lead technical implementation of critical digital requirements, including cyber resilience.
- Analyze, develop, and optimize customized IT architectures involving legacy IT, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, and microservices.
- Communicate complex technical topics in Turkish and English and collaborate in global, interdisciplinary contexts.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- At least three years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
- Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
- Broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends.
- Strong Turkish and English communication skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
