Responsibilities
- Lead discovery through deployment as the lead developer for AI applications and production-grade agentic workflows.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems.
- Identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction, converting them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Mentor talent, co-build with customer teams, and influence cross-functional technical strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience shipping production-grade AI solutions to external or internal customers.
- Experience building full-stack solutions that interface with enterprise systems.
- Experience in Python and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with multi-agent systems, agentic frameworks and patterns, LLM-native metrics, state management, tracing, MCP, tool-calling, and OAuth-based authentication.
- Preferred: experience in telecommunications, manufacturing, or retail.
