Base Salary

$175k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Build domain services in TypeScript and Node for case lifecycles, document generation, pricing, payment schedules, workflows, and milestones.
Extract business rules from converted Java, PL/SQL packages, and database triggers and reimplement them with tests and golden-master parity harnesses.
Implement append-only audit trails, segregation-of-duties enforcement, reproducible calculations, and other federal financial controls.
Rebuild file-based and API integrations with partner logistics, accounting/ERP, and training-management systems.
Work across the UI, API, database, infrastructure, and delivery pipeline to ship complete vertical slices.
Use agentic development tools, write precise specifications, review all merged code, and maintain production-quality software.
Mentor mid-level engineers and travel no more than once per quarter.

U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a U.S. SECRET clearance.
At least 7 years of experience building and operating production web systems.
Strong production web engineering experience with demonstrated depth in server-side development and domain modeling.
Hands-on experience using Codex, Claude Code, or an equivalent agentic AI development tool on real codebases.
Fluency in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, networking, and security fundamentals.
Ability to work across the broader application and infrastructure ecosystem.
